1 VS 2 Aussies

Our 13 month Aussie is our only dog. We were wondering if it is better to have 2. He loves being with other dogs. He goes to doggie daycare most days but is home in his kennel alone on the days he doesn't. We thought a companion dog might be good for him. We just aren't sure if we are ready for 2.
