5 Month Female Deaf Aussie Growls At Us

Hi, we are fostering a 5 month female deaf Aussie and she growls at us for petting her (not on head), sitting by her, not letting her into a room at certain times, and she pulls so badly on a leash wanting to chase cars that we can't take her for a walk to release her energy, (we now drive her to an area with no roads). she comes home all wound up and nips my Golden Retriever constantly.

This dog can't be trusted and certainly isn't a fun loving pet. I am taking her to obedience classes and she knows her hand signals and will respond for a treat except, walking no food in the world is better then wanting to chase cars. Help! I am mostly concerned with her growling, she hasn't bit us yet but I don't trust her, because she comes to you and sits by you then she will turn towards your face and growls???
