Abel is Able

Abel @ 9 weeks

Abel @ 9 weeks

Meet Abel, who is 9 weeks old in this pic (now 12 weeks). All I can say is that this dog is amazing. I didn't even house train him; he learned all by himself. I took him out once to use the yard, and he automatically knew what to do ever since. Once, I left him in the bathroom because I was going to be gone for several hours one day. I knew he was going to have an accident on the floor because I knew he wouldn't be able to hold it for very long. Lo and behold, when I came back, he was so afraid of peeing on the laminate floor that he peed on his stuffed animal instead.

I can honestly say that I haven't went to the bathroom alone (or anywhere else for that matter) ever since I got him. He is my velcro buddy and goes everywhere with me. Even to rock/mineral/gem shows—people kept coming up to us to pet him so frequently that I never got to look at anything lol!
