Aussies are not born without tails. The tail is docked when the puppies are very young.

yes we dock them however they are born bobbed as well

Check out this Wikipedia website. Seems some are born with short or bobbed tails. The Aussies continue to be an awesome breed!

Mine was born with a stub, so were his brothers.

Mine baby girl has long beautiful tail but her brother was born with a cute little bobbed tail. Same litter, different outcomes. So, yes, but his bobbed tail is about a hands breadth long, not bobbed all the way.
