Aussie Puppy Nose

My puppy Abby is 9 months old. Her nose has been almost solid black except around the nostrils since she was 3 or 4 months old. Last week I noticed the very tip is now pink. I tried to get a good look at it but trying to hold her head still while I focus is no easy task.
Could it be she injured it and scrapped some of the skin off? I don't see any scabbing tho.

Does the nose continue to go thru changes after it has gone all black? I've had 3 others and that has never happened before. Should I take her to the Vet?
