Coat Question

I'm a bit curious, how long does it normally take for a coat to fully grow? It looks like my dog is getting more hair around his legs and near his neck but in other places it doesn't seem to have any constant growth.

My husband says that our 6-month old Aussie is shaped like a dumbbell right now. Her hair is getting more thick and wavy on her rear and her neck but still flatter in the torso. It just takes time. It's interesting to watch the changes.

Depending on your aussie's lines and age, it will come in. Give it Time, each aussie is different and they are not fully mature physically until the age of two.
