Health Questions About Appetite, Gagging, Vomiting, and Breathing Issues

Well I have an 11 month old Aussie and she just came out of heat. In the last 3-4 days she has had a loss of appetite. She also has had other issues like gagging and quizzing and breathing issues. As well as every time from coming in from bathroom or playing she vomits regular vomit or a white foam. Any ideas please help! Thanks.
