How Many Times Should We Go To A Park In A Week?

I have a 1 and 1/2 year old, very energetic. How many times should I take her to the park and for how long? I've heard everyday, and 3 days a week, but what is the actual right way to do it?

There really isn't a right or wrong here. it all depends on how active your dog is, and your schedule/ desire to take him to the park; one thing for sure, you can never take him "too much" at least not for him... maybe for you, but its never too much for him.

I have a 2 and a 1/2 mini Aussie. He's very energetic too. We do about 1 walk (or one 3 to 4 mile run) and 1 visit to the park each day to either walk, play, socialize or swim. So he gets out about 2 times to totally different places than our backyard. We also will play in the backyard some with the frisbee or a ball. He is always happily tired when we come home!
