How Much And When To Feed My Mini Aussie Shepherd?

He's a male mini and is 9yrs. Does get 1-2 walks a day and weighs about 34lbs. He eats a very good brand of dry dog food called Summit. How much is too much and how much is too little? Thanks very very much. :)
