How Much Food?

How much food should I give a male 12 week old? The last owner just left food out and the pups ate at their leisure. I was thinking twice a day but not sure how much to give him... any suggestions?

What a pretty pup! I have a tri-colored 3 1/2 year old.
As for his food, I don't believe he needs to have a constant supply on hand at his age. Whatever you are feeding him should have a feeding chart on it which is gauged to the size & age of the dog. I find they usually suggest a little higher amount than necessary, but it's a place to start. Over feeding can be as big a problem as underfeeding so be careful. He looks to be in perfect shape in your photo, good luck!
How much food

Puppies need to eat 3 x a day for the first 6 months, then 2 x a day thereafter. Check the instructions on the bag. Always give your dog a top quality food - no fillers (wheat, soy, corn). Rice is ok.
