Maggie the Magnificent

This is Maggie Mae, a 5 year old red merle female we have loved since the day we got her at 8 weeks of age. She is my running companion, special friend, and part of my soul.

She is so smart and intuitive that for the last three years, as I was completing my doctorate degree, she knows when to make me laugh and when to push me out the door for one of our wonderful runs together. Very protective of me, she loves others as well, especially my husband and our grandchildren, who think she is a bouncing fun time girl.

She loves water and will jump in a pool, bath tub, shower, the ocean, or a lake. She is the first Aussie I have ever owned, and, as a runner, she is more fun to run with than my running club!! She is the best darling girl I have ever known, and she is happy I graduated in May, so we have more time together again!!
