Male Aussie Puppy Being Aggressive

I have a 5 month old Aussie and he has started to bark and act aggressive towards my friends and their kids. He also barks at other dogs. How can I stop this?

Any luck as of yet? I have the same problem with my 9 month old male mini. He will stare people in the face and then jump in people's faces. I am almost thinking of giving him up as my kids has their friends over and he is being very aggressive. He has even butted his nose in someone's face and then will start barking like he is going to attack.
