What do I do about my dog? He is a year old and it seems even when he is running all the time he is still hyper and out of control.

Hi,
What type of running? Do you exercise your dog or does he do it himself in the yard?
Try your local dog club for someone who teaches herding... your aussie needs MORE exercise and a job to do.
Aussies do not do well left outside in a yard by themselves all day.
Hope that helps and We would love to see a picture of your aussie.
