My Mini Aussie Pees In Kennel

My Mini Aussie is about 9 months old and we have been trying to kennel train him ever since we got in at 2 months. He still pees on himself. We bought a wired kennel and made sure there was only enough room for him and he still pees. We also tried playing music, put a blanket over the kennel, giving him a bone and we even bought a closed in kennel to make him feel safer. We have run out of options. Please help!!! Rachel
