Separation Anxiety/Excessive Barking

Fellow Aussie Owners! Help please! I have recently moved out to New Jersey with my 5 year old male pure bred Aussie. We moved into a nice neighborhood with a large back yard. Since moving out here, Murry has been displaying a lot of separation anxiety problems.

Unfortunately my work requires me to be gone for 12 hrs out of the day (cardinal sin for an Aussie owner, I know!). While absent, apparently it's really pissing off my neighbors. Murry is such a good dog, very obedient, minds well, and is easily my best friend... however, my neighbors don't see that.

What can I do to help Murry stop barking excessively (everything triggers him!)? I have researched trainers/dog walkers out here, but I feel as though many people in this area do not know much about Aussies and their behavior/temperament... which is why I'm asking for YOUR HELP!

Any advice will certainly help!!!
