Solid Black Or Black-bi With Minimal White Australian Shepherd?

Hi there!

I'm looking for a solid black Australian shepherd, or a black-bi with minimal white.

Does anyone here know a breeder that has had puppies with this coloration? Or a young dog that looking for a home? I have found a breeder in Stockholm, but I don't want a pup from out of the country.

In the United States, please.

I just saw a 3 year old Aussie, Moose, on the Australian Shepherd Rescue page. He appears almost completely black. He has a small white tuff on his chest and tan paws.
