Standard Aussie 21 Pounds At 9 Months

Our Aussie came from two standards both between 40 and 50 lbs, but our girl is over 9 months now and only weighs 21.3 lbs and has been this size for about 2-3 months. Any one else have a standard Aussie that stopped growing?
