Taping Or Gluing Ears

I have a wonderful 4 month old blue merle boy. Until recently he had beautiful button ears. Within the last week his one ear turned into a rose ear. I really love the look of both button ears and would like to glue it. I have found much info on gluing the ears but no actual pictures on how to do it. I really want to get it right and I was wondering if there are any pictures out there to show me how to do it. Thanks
