Tooth Damage

Our 20 month old Aussie loves catching frizbees, but his canines appear to be "sanded" down, flat, rather than round. I assume this is from catching the disc. This is great exercise for him, but I don't want to ruin his teeth. Am I making the correct assumption? Thanks, Kelly
