How do I get my 4 month old Australian Shepherd to listen to me when I give her command such as "come" or "sit".

It's very easy--- TREATS! and lots of them. She doesn't know what you want at this point and you have to show her what you want with rewards for doing what you want.

Getting my aussie to listen

Use treats as a reward for the command you wish your aussie to perform. Since it is a puppy reward the puppy with food everytime you give the command and the puppy performs that command correctly.
