What Is The Best Way To Reduce Attention Barking?

What is the best way to reduce barking in my 6 month old aussie? She has passed her basic obedience and is very friendly. However, she drives other dogs away because she seems hyper to them. Exercised by walks 2 to 3 times daily, plays with soccer ball in backyard. She will listen to me off lead when no other dogs are around. I have little authority over dogs in the park.
