USA, PA, One-Year-Old, Peppe

Dog is a female, one-year-old. Has popping out of joint hind leg. I am 81 and cannot lift her into car. She can walk for a minute then sits down.

She was born Nov 1, 2021. Is spayed. Very pretty dog. I can no longer care for her as she has two back legs that are weak and one doesn't work hardly ever.
