Getting Tired Of Your Dog's Bad Behavior?

Want To Take Back Control?

Doggy Dan - The Online Dog TrainerI was recently given the opportunity to review the entire dog training program offered by "Doggy Dan, The Online Dog Trainer." (That's him on the right.) -->

If you are like me you like to learn by watching and being able to follow along at your own pace. What better way to learn how to train your dog than by watching a professional dog trainer?

Dan has created a dog training resource that takes you from the foundation of your dog's training, to obedience, to tackling specific behavior problems in an easy to follow video format.

As he takes you through his video series he doesn't just cover a topic and leave you hanging. He shows you how the concepts are applied in videos of one-on-one consultations with his dog training clients. He shows you step-by-step so you can see how you would apply the training with your dog.

When you get into the membership area on his site it's tempting to jump straight to the videos about a specific problem you are having. But, I have to agree with Dan's recommendation to start at the beginning and work your way through the underlying principles of dog training, or "The 5 Golden Rules" as he calls them. Don't skip the fundamental principles; they are the foundation of all your dog's training to come!

While Dan's approach to dog training is positive and never uses physical punishment you are probably wondering how his training program works and why it may be better than other approaches. In a nutshell, Dan shows you how to get your dog to CHOOSE to listen to you.

While you may still use treats, you don't want to have to rely on bribes, and certainly not threats, to get your dog to listen. But how do you get a dog to choose to listen to you?

Where To Learn More...

The good news is that you don't have to go by what I say, or what Dan says, about his program. He's made it easy for you to learn more about him and his approach to dog training...
