How far do you go?
I would gradually work the puppy into your distance and time. Give the puppy a chance to get its stamina up.
Remember it is a young puppy and at first will have to take lots of breaks for rest and water, that is if you run more than 1 or 2 miles.
Start off with long walks first.
Good luck and enjoy your puppy.
