Aussie in Heat
by: Anne

Her vulva will swell and she will bleed is how you can tell she is in heat. The heat cycle usually last about 2-3 weeks.
They usually come into heat anywhere from 8 mths to over a year old. Each individual is different, but you can ask the breeder about your Aussie's mom, and her heat cycle. This could give you a good indication of when your female may come into heat.
Hope that helps.
