Lethal White Aussie who is Deaf :(

Our Beautiful Baby Jax
We just recently adopted Jax our "Lethal White" Aussie, even though that terms sounds so bad! He was a stray and no owner claimed him. So now we have this unique dog that we know nothing about. We have been working with him on hand signals and other things. I don't really have a question, just wanting to see if others would share some of their tips and knowledge on dogs with deafness? This is really new to us and we don't know anybody who has ever owned a deaf dog. Any helpful hints or suggestions?
