My 6 month old Mini Aussie Shep only weighs 7 pounds. How much should I expect him to grow and should I be concerned?

Mini size growth rate
by: Anonymous

It's possible your pup is a toy Aussie, and would only reach up to 13 inches at the shoulder when full grown. The best clue is the size of the parents. My mini is pretty much full grown at 9 months, and just needs filling out. If your pup is eating and drinking well, eliminating properly, and has lots of puppy energy, I wouldn't worry too much.
