Need Help With Getting Papers

I was given 2 pure breed females one that just recently had 8 pups 3 of them brown. My wife and I were to receive papers on the females thus making the pups worth more but our friend cannot get the papers. I do not want to seem like a ahole but how do I get the pups papers without the mothers and father's number? And after having these two "barn dogs" I don't think I will get any other type of dog so I do need help with this if anyone can help I would be grateful.
