5 Year Old Acts Like A Bully With Smaller Dogs

by Sue
(Ontario, Canada)

My 5 year old Aussie female likes to attack some small breeds at the local dog park. (She has some friends that are small and they play well together).

She never inflicts any injury but the exchange seems vicious and you have to pull her away.

She also doesn't back down when a larger dog confronts her in that way although she will sometimes run away to avoid the conflict and hide somewhere.

I should mention though that she plays well with 98% of the dogs she meets at this busy park.
Has anyone else had any problems like this or can anyone offer any advice?
