Aussies and Rejensa

My husband and I had two Australian Shepherds (aged 10 at death but two years apart) that both died from a stroke/aneurysm after being on Rejensa for a month.

Has anyone else had one pass away after recently being on this medicine? Not trying to slam the medicine, just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue.
