Aussies in Byron, Minn

This is a weird question, I know. A few days ago I saw a young lady walking a beautiful blue merle on the southern outskirts of Byron, Minnesota. I was going to stop and ask her where she got him but thought that might be rude.

He (or she) was my idea of the perfect Aussie, both in appearance and the way he was interacting with his human. If the woman in question happens to read this, please write about him: where you got him, sire and dam, etc.
