Australian Shepherd Becomes Fearful of Slippery Floors and Loud Noises

My 5-year-old female Aussie has become increasingly fearful over the last couple of years. She is a good well-trained dog and she gets lots of attention and activity. She is fearful mostly of walking on slippery floors (tile or wood). We have had the same floors her whole life, and we have never seen her slip or fall. She has also become very fearful of loud noises, which didn't bother her when she was younger. Do you have any suggestions for humane desensitization?
