Australian Shepherd Puppies Need A Warm Place During The Winter Months

by Barrie Lynch
(Springfield, Vermont)

Is there any type of rescue group that a person could contact in this instance? My friend has a male tri and a female blue merle. They mated and had seven puppies, sadly only 6 survived.

He has sold two and has four left, all tri-colored, two females and two males. They are now 10 weeks old. They were conceived outside and have lived outside, but now the nights are getting colder and he has no place for them unless he sells them.

He does not want them outside in the winter and is very concerned and really does not know what to do. I told him I would try to help.

Is there help available near Cambridge, New York?
