Australian Shepherd Socialization

I didn’t socialize my Aussie very well when he was a puppy and now that he’s a year old he getting stressed and aggressive with other humans and dogs.

How do I correct that now without scaring people around me.

Hi! My experience with Aussies and training is that for everything you let slide in the first year you have to work for three times as hard later on! I would suggest this, start with the contact training, you can do this at home.
Start taking your Aussie everywhere with you that you can. Be calm and confident, encourage your dog to look to you for guidance when they are anxious or unsure.
Offer small and gentle praise, emphasizing eye contact.
