Australian shepherds weigh approximately between 40 to 70 pounds with the show line being of a smaller build and weight and the herding variety on the larger heavier selection of scale. usually within that catagory.

That's backwards
Show lines are heavier boned, broader in skull etc (and heavier-coated). Working lines tend to be less heavy boned (more athletic build).
