Australian Shepherd With Thinning Hair

My Australian Shepherd has been spayed and is 2 1/2. I don't remember her blowing her coat in the spring or summer. We live in Texas so its usually warm. For the last 3 months her hair on her hindquarters has become baby fine.

The rest is all pretty much the same, very thick and shiny. She's been on the same food for over a year and I just started her on probiotics. Never seen her lose her like this before.

I know some do loose their baby hair but I thought she already had. A groomer who trims her nails said she still has her baby coat. She will be 3 in late spring. Should I be concerned. Will she get her hair back?
