Barking And Nipping Protective Aussie!

Milly is a 3 year old, and the joy of my life. She follows me everywhere I go. She has lots of jobs on our farm. She is very dominant, and has vary strong instincts. If any stranger comes near me she will nip them and bark. When someone comes to our house she barks like crazy, then settles down and wants to be petted by them.

She nips my 9 year old cousin. She usually doesn't leave a mark, but sometimes the area looks pink. The 9 year old is terrified of her. Milly barks and nips my uncle and grandpa. They pass her off with a "shut up dumb dog!" and they come over all the time.

She knows what she is doing is wrong; she always cowers after. But my family all complain and my dad gets mad. She is extremely obedient in everything else. She is soooo sweet with all my siblings going from 0 to 10 years old. We socialized her well.

Please help! I have no more ideas! Dad says she is a lawsuit waiting to happen and he said if I can't do something he will put her down. Any ideas will be appreciated.
