Can I Use Frontline Top Spot On My 10 Month Old Mini Aussie?

by Ruth
(Zephyrhills, FL)

I have heard that I should not use Frontline Plus on my Aussie, so I wanted to know if the Frontline Top Spot was safe to use.

Thank you

Frontline

I only use Frontline on my dogs in April and October for ticks. The manufacturer makes you believe that you need to use it every month, but if you read the directions on the package it is supposed to keep fleas off for 3 months. I wouldn't put it on any more often than that. It is poison and can't be good, but ticks can cause so many diseases that they need to be kept off your dog.
