Determining Size Of Minis

by Jill
(Kentucky)

Hi, I have 2 mini pups that are 9 wks old - I would like to know how to determine what their size will be when grown. One is 10" and 12 lbs and the other is a hair smaller.

Their parents are a 15" female and a 17.5" male. I have another litter coming soon out of a 14" female and a 17.5" male - i want to know how to determine their sizes also so I know more how to describe this to buyers. I've been really guessing up til now... Thanks

You might want to check with Leslie Peckham of Southern Star Mini Aussies. She is listed on this site under mini Aussies. Her link is here: www.southernstarcattle.com/MiniAussies.html I got both my mini and my toy from her. She is a dear to work with!!!
