Getting A Puppy But Dam Has Not Yet Been Tested For Hip Issues. Is It Okay To Move Forward?

Hi! I'm about to get a Mini Aussie and just learned the dam has not yet been tested for hip issues; she did test normal for eye issues. The sire has been tested and cleared/normal. The dam's parents both were tested for eye and hip issues, all came back normal. The breeder is relatively confident the dam of the puppy I'm about to get will test normal for hip issues since her parents were both cleared/normal. Is it okay to move forward or full stop?!

Please advise! Many thanks.
