Goodbye Our Sweet Girl

by Erin
(Norton, OH 44203)

We lost are 12 year old Australian Shepherd Muffin last week unexpectedly. She was never sick and just passed away in a moment due to a ruptured spleen. Thank you dear girl for loving us all unconditionally and for filling our home with so much fun and love! Thank you for always taking care of your puppy sisters who are missing you so much! We still hear your bark and remember all the things you did to make us laugh! You can never be replaced our dear girl. You left us with memories that we will cherish forever! We are heartbroken but thankful that you didn't suffer. May you run with the wind sweet girl!

wow, that's the worst, when you don't even see it coming. I'm so sorry. We lost our Luke to a epilepsy, and Kayla to Cancer. I wish you well, peace and comfort.

So very sorry
by: Kristin

My heart goes out to you. I went through this last September with my girl Shelby, but I did get 36 hours. This is an insidious disease that just sneaks up and takes our beautiful dogs. I am so sorry for your loss. Muffin brought great joy to your life and those memories will be with you always. I hope you find comfort in knowing she lived a great full life. She had a lot of fun and she was very loved. My thoughts are with you at this very difficult time.

MUFFIN
by: NONNIE

I am so sorry about your loss. Your Muffin sounds like she was a wonderful girl.

Losing our fur babies so unexpectedly is hard. We also lost our Aussie, of a gastrointestinal hemorrhage, one week before her first birthday. It was awful. She went to bed at 9, we went to bed at 10. My husband got up at 11 for a drink of water and woke me saying Carly had had diarrhea in her crate (very unusual) and that it was bloody. I literally had to pull her out of her crate onto a towel. We rushed her to the ER vet. She was bleeding so fast they couldn't stop it. We had to put her down about an hour later.

I know that Muffin brought great happiness and love to your family. I hope you will add another fur baby in the near future.
