It really depends on the type of food you are feeding. Guidelines are usually given on the bag. When my dogs were about 4 months, they were eating about 4-5 cups of super premium food [Solid Gold Hundchen Flocken] a day. My girls now weigh between 35-45 lbs full grown and eat between 1 1/2 to 2 cups a day Solid Gold Millenia.

Get a good quality dry puppy food (first ingredient chicken or lamb - not a grain). Use the guide on the bag. Your pup is adorable!

My Aussie is about 4 months and is eating 3 cups of dry food per day. She currently weighs 16 pounds which is a good healthy weight!
