How to Get My Australian Shepherd to Stop Crying/Whining/Barking?

So I just got me a 4-month-old female Aussie 3 days ago. Every time I want to use the restroom and close the door she starts to whine and cry and won't stop.

What are some good ways to help with this? Because I don't want her to be crying and whining when I have to leave her when I go to class during the week or when I leave her in my room when I go cook in the kitchen.
