Vader before takeoff

Vader before takeoff

I adopted Vader from a shelter when he was two months. He never had his tail cropped. My last dog, Jedi, passed away over a year before. I wasn't looking for a boy, or a puppy. But when I saw his little, puffy face, I fell in love.

I had no idea just how much energy these dogs have. But it's good for me. He got me running again. He's a very social dog at the dog parks. He's quit the ladies man.

I've been to training, and he got his diploma, but he still needs more. If I were half as smart as he is, he'd be really well-behaved. I'm working on that.

I'm so, so lucky to have found him.
