My Dog Doesn't Want to Go to Walks Anymore

My almost 11-year-old Australian Shepherd (her name is Kali) doesn't really want to go to walks anymore. Every time we go out for a walk she refuses to continue after a few minutes. It took almost a week for her to be willing to go for a longer walk.

Is this something to be worried about or is it just old age?
