We’re considering a puppy from a breeder we’ve got a puppy from before. Our dog was perfect in temperament and health.
The new puppy is from the same line so we’re optimistic. Our only concerns are the parents hip scores. The sire is listed as OFA "good" but a DI of 0.37 both sides. I’ve read that 0.37 doesn’t qualify as "good". The dam has a DI of 0.47 and 0.42. In their description it just says hips are good but no mention of OFA. If it matters, her sire has OFA excellent hips.
How concerned should we be?
