Rolling Around On Our Walks

by Beverley Dyer
(Lavteron, Victoria, Australia)

Every weekday morning I walk my 18 week old Aussie Isis and her house brother Baringa the Dalmatian along a wide bike track. This morning for some reason Isis decided that rolling down the side of the track sideways was a lot of fun.

I walk her off lead and it is still dark for most of our walk but a couple that walk with us joined me in the laughter of watching Isis just suddenly run off the track and tuck her shoulder under herself and roll over a couple of times. (the slope is only a couple of feet from the track to the bottom).
