This The Dog For A Recent College Grad?

I live in St. Petersburg, Florida, which is pretty dog friendly in general and live in an apartment complex with a dog park in it. I also work at an office that let's us have pets and we already have one dog that is here.

Is this the breed for me? I want a dog that I can exercise with and will play with and be happy with me but at the same time while I am at work he/she can be here but I can't be giving him my attention 24/7 I got to work!

I grew up with a Yellow Lab and know they require a lot of exercise and he chewed EVERYTHING when we first got him. I just worry about if he/she was alone while I was at work (if for some reason I cant bring him to work) and then playing with the dog for an hour or two at home wouldn't be enough.

I just wanted your honest opinion for a 22 year old guy.

Thanks again.
