Why should one register? I just am not sure.

There are Many benefits to registering your dog.
1st you need to decide what are your plans for your Aussie in its life?
Do you want to do any performance events? Agility?
Obedience?
Are you going to breed your Aussie?
The Longer you wait to register your aussie. If ASCA, it gets more expensive, after 6 mths, than 1 year etc.
Register your aussie and then if you never need it in their lifetime, than at least you registered them in case you did.
My 1st aussie was bought as a pet. I took her to an obedience class at 4 mths old and I was hooked.
She received 2 obedience titles and I trialed her in herding, and trained her in agility. She also was the foundation and start of my kennel. So what i am saying is, you never know.
