Which Australian Shepherd Would You Purchase?

Trying to decide between these two. Which one would you get? The darker has one blue and one brown eye. The lighter has two blue eyes.

Choose the one whose personality you like best. Coat colour matters less than the fit with your household. A happy choice!

My personal choice would be the "darker" one, the blue merle with one blue eye and one brown eye. My choice is based only upon the amount of white on the face. My own opinion is the less white, the better.

Too much white

It’s been my experience, possibly just coincidence, that Aussies with that much white on their face are prone to health problems, including eye problems and nasal tumors.

White is a myth

Both, after four Aussies, I would do both. Going to be hard to not get two next time. We have Ozzie 9yr and Finley six and they are inseparable. Ozzie has two blue and Finley one blue one split brown/blue.
Yep, that is a hard choice.

We already have a 7 will be 8 year old Mini Aussie. Hoping they will become best friends. If older one does not accept the new puppy may just have to get another! LOL
